Boston Pizza in Osoyoos: Delicious Pizzas, Wings & Stellar Service

Drove grandma home from Vancouver - wanted an easy tasty dinner so used the Boston Pizza app and ordered 2 pizzas and a double order of honey garlic wings. Everything arrived hot and looked good …. But we a little problem with the wings. Called the restaurant and chatted with Ed, the manager. Since we had 2 awesome pizzas and we understood they were crazy busy on a Saturday night (and we were offered pick up but we were too tired to drive) so we agreed on chatting today. I got my mom to call Ed as we are back home in Vancouver. She said Ed was super polite and helpful and an amazing double pack of wings, veggie sticks and dip arrived at her house shortly after. Mom is pleased and impressed. We’re very happy with Ed and Boston Pizza Osoyoos. And we all are very pleased to recommend the Boston Pizza Osoyoos to everyone looking for great food, consistently excellent, and stellar service. Thank you Ed, and your Boston Pizza team!

I almost never leave reviews, but Katie earned this one. We placed an order online and asked for extra spicy, and she delivered. She even brought the food straight to our room instead of dropping it at the lobby, and she nailed every single custom request. I have ordered from many Boston Pizza locations, and this is the first time I felt compelled to write a review for a chain restaurant. Katie was phenomenal. Thank you for going above and beyond.

I've tried a couple of different pizza flavors they have. All tasted great, but I must say, the Meateor is the fave of any meat-lovers as is mine! Gotta give credit to all their cooks. Also, I was surprised by how humongous the nachos were. It can be an entree My husband loved their drink called Signature Caesar, make it "Boston Size" as recommended by our server, Roi, who, by the way, is amazing and great! Knows the menu by heart and made sure we're attended to! All was A-mazing

Our BP is always great, but had an outstanding service from Samira on Saturday night, it was super busy, she remained calm and cool, got us our drinks and food in a timely matter all with smile on her face. Very happy with this experience and will come again.

Nina was our waitress tonight she is the absolute best. You should be honored to have such a wonderful young lady working for you.

We were met at the door by Jackson who was super kind and efficient. We were served by Hailey who made our meal fun and enjoyable. Attentive and genuinely friendly. Food was hot and delicious. Will for sure go back soon… great people, great service and great food.

Had lunch today at Boston Pizza Osoyoos and it hit the spot. Our waitress, Jazmine, was an absolute delight—friendly, quick, and clearly on top of her game. The only “incident” was my cheesy mac making a daring escape attempt off the plate as it was set down (gravity won, but no one was harmed). Food was great, service even better, and the staff made the whole experience enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!

We were vacationing in Osoyoos and wanted a predictable, family-friendly restaurant so Boston Pizza came to mind. The restaurant was busy! We waited quite a long while before we got a table. I ordered the Fiesta Salad while my kids ordered the Kids Chicken Tenders and Fries. The Fiesta Salad was decent. Sometimes, some BP's make it more muddle. Here, the flavor was great and refreshing. The only drawback was that the 4 tortilla chips were clearly stale. This is surprising as it's the first Fiesta Salad that I have had at any BP with stale chips. My kids like the Chicken Tenders and Fries as usual. They are consistent with their expectations from BP and why they like going to Boston Pizza. I would definitely come back if we are visiting Osoyoos again.
